Automated measuring of the permeation rate
		The system Permi-Mess records and computes permeation processes and leckages of foils, tubes or seals with the gaschromatic method. This very sensitive method can be used for several different gases. According to the requirement, the permeation cells are made of glass, stainless steel or ceramics. The temperature control with up to 16 cells and a heated 16-position-valve is realized in a temperature-controlled rack. The whole system design is specific to the customers request.
		The time control of the process and the start of the gas chromatograph is managed by a 16bit microcontroller. The gases can be trapped on specific and cooled traps and loops from 10ul up to 20ml can be used. The system Permi-GC can be adapted to any gas chromatograph and measurements of ambient air samples is also possible as well.
